Colleen was a pleasure to practice yoga with. What a wonderful experience to have right in the center of town - I am grateful to have this gem of a studio, with the river within site and sound, at which to practice yoga at. Colleen moved us easily through the asanas and to the restorative ending pose. I was surprised when it was already time to leave!

It was my first class in a few years, but it was easy to get back into the rhythm with the pacing of Anne's Slow Flow class. The practice space is amazing, too! I will certainly be back.

Slow Flow with Anne was awesome! Nice Vinyasa flow, beautiful studio and sounds of the river. Definately will come again!

My schedule does vary, as anyones these days, but the times and listing of classes will make it easier for me to find the time to attend.

Anne’s noon slow flow was exactly what I needed! She started us slow, we built a little heat and then she slowed us back down - with her calming voice and easy/beautiful guidance. Looking forward to making this my Wednesday class!

Class was lovely! I felt like I was floating. I’ve been meditating a long time but never really in a guided setting like this. It was so nice and a great way to unwind, mid week!

Annie’s class is AMAZING! She is such a sweet kind presence and creates a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the different abilities of everyone in the class! It always feels safe and uplifting. I left today feeling so joyful and energized! Thank you Annie!!!

Very nice yoga and Sandy is wonderful.  Unfortunately, there was no heat this morning for practice, so it was a very short session.
