New to Yoga and the strength class I too with Toni was welcoming and she made an effort to keep an eye on me and guide me as needed. I’ll be back to learn more.
Thank you
I am so grateful. You have a gift. It is a big deal to work on bodies to eliminate stress, toxins, emotions, etc. and to have someone working on you who is completely focused and in to going deep- it’s a precious thing. Thank you.
A great hot yoga class and venue. I was able to stretch and workout to my own pace which was pretty much with the class. I am 50 years old and in ok shape. It a judgement free healing experience.
Love Jamie!
Carey was a TERRIFIC masseuse I look forward to my next splurge..

This was my very first experience with yoga. I actually signed up for the wrong type of class for me, but I toughed it out. A few moves I could not do due to physical limitations. The instructor, Lauren, was awesome. She took the time to help me after class to find a session more suited for me and my limitations.
I did not feel inadequate with the session, it was more of "now I know what I need to do for me" session.
I signed up for another class. However, I still got it wrong. The receptionist helped me change to the proper class for me with great ease and respect.
I have a lot of work ahead of me. I found the stage to which to work from.
Dipping a toe in the yoga waters at 40 something with a few back problems to boot was way, way less overwhelming than I expected. The River Flow staff and students were laid-back and welcoming, never making me feel like stumbling in stork pose (yes, as I learned yesterday that's a thing) was anything but a natural part of the learning process. The facility is gorgeous, booking online is easy and I'm looking forward to spending a bit more time getting in tune with myself. Tanya, thanks for the extra hand holding in the first classes!
Incredibly beautiful sanctuary . It’s a whole vibe; the staff is wonderful.
