Great workout.  I will be back.  I am a Spartan 4-0 member.  This gym is great if you run a Tough Mudder, Spartan or Savage races.

Awesome Gym! Plenty of great classes throughout the day and they also have early morning and later evening classes.  The ninja class is also great.  My kid loves it. It has been great for our young family.

Eric was a great teacher to have for the experience, he's infinitely capable on the course and able to articulate the techniques required for each obstacle. All the other people taking the class were very welcoming and supportive of each other. Thank you for the experience.
