I had my first class there today and it was AMAZING!! The instructor was great! I will be back and I highly recommend this place!!

I have taken many pole classes before and this studio is nothing like the rest by far. All the instructors are very patient and they really break everything down for you so that you are doing moves properly. I've never had so fun getting soar in my life. I can't wait to go back!

TC is great!! Such a great instructor and everyone attending was so fun.

Tonight was my second full body workout class, I am very sore but I know it will be worth it. The instructor is very attentive,  encouraging and patient. I will definitely go back soon and on a regular basis .

Awesome experience. C is super sweet knowledgeable and patient! The hour went by so fast. I even came home with exercises I can do at home. Will be returning and referring.

Just took my first beginners class and it was amazing! TC is very patient and lets you know that even though you may not get it the first time it's ok cause doing any if it is a start to building your muscles. I loved it and will definitely be coming back!

My absolute favorite way to workout is to go to TCDA. It’s seriously the best workout. You work muscles you weren’t aware that you even could workout.

Just didmy first beginners tricks and spins class with Skittles and it was AWESOME!! Its totally worth a try!

Today was my first class and I learned so much that I ended up staying for a 2nd class. TC knows exactly what I need and she’s very hands on. I love it. I’ll definitely be back!

Tonight was my first encounter with a pole that I wasn't walking face first into! It was actually invigorating, I didn't even know an hour had passed.. The ladies there were very helpful and just as hilarious! A little girl and a infant were accepted, it was super cute! Everyone feels great and sexier leaving than when they came in but also dang sore guys! This was lots of fun c:
