Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We ask for 3 hours notice if you need to cancel a class. No-shows will result in the loss of a class credit, or a $10 fee if no credit is available Class Cancellations: Class may be cancelled if less than 2 participants are signed up. This will happen within the 3 hour mark of class time. If you still see a class on the schedule after the 3 hour mark and you can join class, please send a message through the app and one of us can likely sign you in. Studio 9 Reservations: Each person must book and check in individually when using the studio — even if you're dancing with a friend. If you are a student using studio 9 and actually giving instruction for an hour, this requires a studio rental fee. Please reach out to management. Weather Safety: If Hudson schools or community programs close due to weather, classes will be canceled automatically so we all stay safe + supported. A late start will cancel only morning classes, while cancellation of after-school activities will cancel evening classes.
