Kids will experience park time each day, neighborhood walking field trips, board games, team challenges, reading sessions, and art time. POW! excels at creating a day filled with structure and purpose. Programming begins at 9am and ends around 3:15pm. Drop off as early as 8am and pick ups must be by 4pm. Late arrivals are fine, but we appreciate notification if it will be after 9:30am. Early pick-ups must be communicated to the front desk and camp coaches directly. We do not allow any drop offs or pick-ups from off-site locations.
All children must bring a packed lunch, two snacks (morning & afternoon), and a refillable water bottle. If you send any electronic devices, POW! is not responsible for them. Electronic devices will not be permitted during our structured activities
We will get outside hopefully every day 1-2 times. Please check the weather and make sure they are dressed for the day. We also ask that your child bring a reading, coloring or work book. Sometimes kids need a break from the activities and the group.
Children will be able to store their personal items in a cubby every day they are present, but may not leave their items here overnight.

The Parisi Speed School is the most successful youth sports performance program in the U.S. This camp will give 6th to 8th grade athletes an opprotunity to combine speed, strength and agility training with football specific skill training.
Agility is crucial in football because it allows players to quickly change direction, accelerate, decelerate, and maintain control while moving at high speeds. This ability helps players evade opponents, create scoring opportunities, and defend effectively.
Athletes will also expereince strength training as well which can contribute to injury mititgation. Athletes will be in training classes that focus on mechanics to help reduce injury risk. Training camp is intended for every player's overall performance on the football field.
The day will include outdoor time and training as well as track and weight room work. Athletes will have two snack breaks and one lunch break. Athletes will also have open play time with activities like gaga ball, board, and card games.
