Look ahead window

The system will look ahead a certain number of minutes, which you set here, to find any classes, enrollments or appointments taking place.
If the system finds any services that the client has pre-booked that start within that time period, it will automatically check-in the client.
For example, let’s say you've set this window at 60 minutes.
Jane Doe booked an aerobics class online, and then comes into your studio 30 minutes before the class starts.
When she scans her key tag, the system automatically checks her into the aerobics class she booked earlier.
