Hi, I am Sabrina Mercedes - 1st generation to Tvonga Land (California), while my family immigrated from Morelia Mx-Mc (Mestiza/Aztec) in the 70s, I am currently a guest on Dakota Land (Mahkato, MN). Reconnecting to my body through breath, compassion, and patience continues to  make me a better advocate for access to wellness for all. My intention is to make wellness + empowerment accessible to youth + peers of culture in the Mahkato, MN community.We all deserve to feel safe, and we all deserve access to wellness
