Amazing class with a very relaxed vibe!
Teachers try to include bubs in the practice as much as possible, so they don’t get bored. They leave you free to stop to settle or feed your baby whenever needed and also adapt the exercises so you don’t miss anything in the meantime.
The exercises are easy to follow and great for rebuilding core strength in a gradual and safe manner in the post partir period. I just love it!
Anna first began sharing Hatha Yoga in 2014, having trained at Yoga Integrative Medicine Institute with Celia Roberts. Over 500hrs certified, Anna is passionate about continuous learning and sharing this knowledge with her students.
Anna, shares the practice of yoga with authenticity and heart, she holds space for people to explore, accept and embrace themselves exactly as they are. With an eclectic mix of knowledge and styles, including a deep passion of Restorative Yoga. Anna has the ability to meet all students at a variety of levels, confidently guiding and assisting each individual in their practice.
Passionate about the inner workings of our body, mind and spirit, Anna is currently furthering her education in studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Phyisiology at USC.
