Vibrant movement has always been an integral part of Carrie’s life whether through yoga, sports, dance or connecting with the beauty of nature. She is most at peace when moving and living mindfully. A few injuries led her to devote more time to practicing yoga and develop an understanding of the benefits it has not just for the body, but also for the mind. In 2017 she decided to deepen her practice by becoming a 200-hr certified yoga teacher. Teaching yoga has brought her more joy and excitement then she ever could have imagined. In her classes she focuses on alignment and the accessibility of poses for all levels of ability.
