Internationally trained with a funky east meets west fusion and unique approach.Avril has been practising for 25 years so brings plenty of personal experience and dedicated self- practice. As a biomedical science graduate with 19 years’ experience in healthcare she adapts and personalises her teaching with a caring and supportive approach. Tailoring to suit individual needs and abilities so that everyone can feel the beautiful experience yoga brings.
