I started yoga for the first time 3 months ago. I feel like it was God's divine intervention that I wandered into Denise H's class first. Her presence is comforting and I love her style!  I really appreciate that Yoga Den offers multiple types of yoga with different instructors. I anticipate branching out to other styles as my skills develop. Thank you Yoga Den & Denise for being a blessing in my life!
