Kaitlin has been practicing yoga extensively for 3+ years and intermittently for 10 years. It was at the urging of her husband to return to yoga after a health issue left her with muscle weakness and nerve pain. Yoga provided a relief from the pain and an effective outlet for stress management. Kaitlin quickly fell in love with yoga and the community that formed within. Kaitlin’s classes will leave you mentally and physically stimulated that caters to a variety of skill levels allowing each student to explore their individual expressions of their yoga practice.
