I love this place and our yoga instructor is incredible! I’m not one to stick with anything that involves exercise but this place has me hooked. I’ve been going for two years and I feel good! I’ve learned so much about my body and how to be kind to it. Angel has a wonderful sense of peace and calmness with a beautiful heart. We laugh, we cry and share our feelings about God and life. I feel so blessed to be involved with such a great group of people. Thank you, Angel!!!
Beth’s love of movement began when she was a child, dancing in her bedroom to movie soundtrack albums. She has studied ballet, modern dance, ballroom dance, and bellydance.
She began practicing yoga in 1998 after a long period of self-neglect, during which she gained lots of weight and became a pack-a-day smoker. “I was depressed and unhealthy,” Beth admits. But her yoga practice lead her down a path of transformation, health, and wellness that has become her message and purpose.
