This class was my first introduction to hot yoga. Leah was so helpful in ensuring proper alignment through the poses and making sure my fundamentals were correct. I highly recommend this class to any beginning yogi or for an introduction to hot yoga. Excellent!
RYT-200 with a ballet background, Alia began practicing yoga seriously after discovering the mental calm and healing of moving meditation. After getting her certification in Integral Yoga, Alia focused her teaching for several years on instruction on yin and focusing of breathing meditation.
