I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

Vandetta
Vandetta (V for short) moved to Greenville for school in 2004 and has loved living here ever since. Once a college town to her, it has turned into her home. She works as a Chiropractic Assistant and Radiologic Technologist at Wirth Chiropractic. Her Zodiac sign is a Capricorn, typically characterized as a natural born leader and workaholic, which fits her to a T. She has two sweet dogs here with her now, Bowie (Husky/German Shepard mix 9 years old) and Callie (Shepard mix 8 months old) She also has an angel dog, Daphne, that watches over her always. In her spare time, she loves to read, mainly suspense, memoirs, and inspirational books. She also loves to kayak, paint, spend time with friends and family, and of course hang out with the pups. She began her yoga practice at Purple in 2017 but took it to the next level this year by completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. She enjoys Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, and of course Aerial Yoga. She has recently taken a Handstand Foundations workshop with Clay Merritt and a Chakra workshop with Logan Wagenseller. She also spent last summer taking private lessons with Anna Dixon in her Dream Studio, which ultimately inspired her to pursue teaching yoga. She wants to combine the chiropractic and yoga world and offer a safe practice to people of all ages with all types of bodys and body limitations
