I was not sure what to expect from this class except that Anna was going to teach me something new. She is such a good teacher and has a great delivery. We were doing breathing exercises laying down so all of the cueing was verbal. Anna's voice guided us gently though the class, and she encouraged us to me mindful and kind to ourselves. This was one of the most nourishing and enjoyable hours I've spent since Covid. This really was the next best thing to being with her in person.
If you have any interest in the healthful benefits of mindful breathing, I really recommend this class.

Kassy

Kassy is a former military child who after many moves around the US in her childhood and adult life has found her home here in Greenville NC.  Kassy’s yoga journey started back in 2016 when she found a small yoga studio while on a run when she was in graduate school down in Miami and she’s been hooked ever since. Kassy is a Registered Yoga Teacher who graduated from My Vinyasa Practice’s 200-hour program in 2022. Kassy has her BS in Athletic Training and MS in Injury and Sports Biomechanics.  Kassy is excited to combine her passion for yoga as well as her deep understanding of the inner workings of the bodies' musculoskeletal system as she joins the Purple Blossom Yoga staff. During the day she works as an Athletic Trainer for ECU’s Swimming & Diving and Tennis programs. When she is not practicing sports medicine or yoga, Kassy enjoys running, reading and an array of outdoor activities.
