Sarah Holder, RYT, CCYT* Sarah has been married to her best friend for over 24 years with four beautiful children. She has been a lifetime resident of Grosse Pointe and an avid exerciser. Sarah followed her heart to become certified in Christian Yoga through Yahweh Yoga in Arizona and has found practicing and teaching it to be her love and passion.
