Stephanie found yoga in 2007 as a practice when she was staying home with her three young daughters. A few years ago, she set out to find an inner balance and found it through her practice. For Stephanie, yoga is about strength, union and community. Strength for her encompasses more than the physical; she finds the mental and spiritual as well.
Stephanie currently teaches mostly Vinyasa flow classes but is excited to expand her repertoire to teach other styles. In her classes, you will often see Stephanie draw on the theme of nature and how we all come from and return to it. For her, it is important to find strength, balance, unity, community, patience and peace while provided those same qualities to the natural world around us.
