Our strongest aspiration is that our studio encourages feelings
of Inspiration, Empowerment, Acceptance and Community! We provide a
non-judgmental and safe environment to increase awareness of breath
and body movement.  A beginner yogi and advanced yogi can find
a class on any given day to satisfy, rejuvenate, and/or challenge
their physical, mental and emotional bodies. Our Mind Body
class is perfect for beginners, and a great class to maintain
optimal levels of balance with flexibility and
strength.  Our heated Power classes offer a greater
physical challenge, while Yin/Restorative classes invite complete
calm and relaxation. You will always be greeted with a smile, as
our instructors welcome you in as family from Day One.  We
strive to ensure every student leaves the studio with a
