Tate provides essential yoga training in his Warm Vinyasa classes. I know when I go to Tate’s class that I am going to receive knowledge and practice that will deepen and extend my life on the mat. Tate is an invaluable teacher that I consider a key feature of the Be One offering. I am so thankful for the incredible quality instruction this studio supports!
Colleen has been a
massage therapist for over 20 years. She graduated from The
Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2001. Over the years she
has taken many specialty classes to enhance her massage practice
and gain a true depth of knowledge for her work. For years she had
her office in New Haven, Connecticut where her focus was working
with athletes, orthopedic recovery patients and clients with
chronic pain. As a compliment to her hands on practice she
also spent over 5 years as an instructor for a Massage Therapy
certification program. To compliment her massage practice
Colleen also earned her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in
2019. She specializes in deep tissue, neuro-muscular,
myo-fascial, acupressure integration, prenatal and deep relaxation
massage. She has a profound respect and passion for massage as a
healing, nurturing and unifying practice. She definitely subscribes
to the idea of, “Healing the world one massage at a time". Colleen
is the proud momma to 2 children, one now in college and the other
in high school, and she will tell you her “favorite job of all time
is being a mom!” Colleen is happy to call the The Great
Pacific North West her home after relocating from The East Coast
and she is honored to be practicing at Be One!
