Lynn's yoga journey began in 2001, and she's been a passionate yogi ever since! She founded Sunshine School of Yoga with the philosophy of sharing love and knowledge with an open mind and heart. She also opened the Sunshine Yoga Shack, a haven for all yogis, with no judgments, just acceptance. Lynn believes everybody is a yoga body, regardless of skill level. And let's be real, we all have to start somewhere, right? As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, E-RYT-500, YACEP, Senior Yoga Certified Specialist, Ayurveda Specialist, Prenatal Yoga Certified, Aerial Yoga Certified Specialist, Teacher Trainer, Thai Body Work-Certified, Wedding Officiant, Certified Sound Healer, and Reiki Master. Lynn's enthusiasm for yoga is contagious; she loves sharing her journey with anyone interested. She's been married to the love of her life, Eric, since 1999, and they have three amazing grown children and two adorable pups, Chewy and Frosty. Yoga has given Lynn freedom, not only from the world but also from who she thought she was. After 23 years of yoga practice and over a decade of teaching, Lynn says there is still so much to learn and explore, and she can't wait to bring all that knowledge to Sunshine School of Yoga and Sunshine Yoga Shack.
