Jen Casey is a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor at Drishtiq Yoga in Mason specializing in Meditation, Gentle, Fundamental and Prenatal Yoga. During her classes, Jen likes to focus on the calming benefits of yoga through breathing techniques, mindful movement, and meditation. She participates as a Teacher Trainer in Drishtiq's Yoga Alliance Certification Program and teaches regular Meditation Workshops.

At the age of 40, I was experiencing chronic hip pain from lifting and carrying my daughter and mental exhaustion from being a caregiver 24/7.
