I always enjoy fitness yoga with Natalie but tonight's class was one of the best ever! The pace and flow were outstanding. Looking forward to seeing everyone in person again soon.
In 2003 LoLi began her yoga path. It was after an episode of great sciatica pain created by long hours at her office job that she became curious about what yoga could offer from both a practical and spiritual level. LoLi was first trained in Chicago with Iyengar principles, and in the Himalayas at the classical Indian yoga school of Sivananda. She focuses her classes on alignment, making it challenging and fun, where she encourages students to practice ahimsa (non-violence) in order to find moksha (liberation) from old movements and patterns.
