Om Factory Yoga

Faramarz is OM Factory’s founder, designer, and architect. A Persian native, Faramarz did his schooling at Kunstgewerbeschule in Basel, Switzerland, where he received his post-graduate diploma in architecture and product design, and at the University of Oregon, where he received his Master of Architecture degree. Since 1980, Faramarz has made his home in New York City, and in 1984, formed his architectural firm, Arte New York. Faramarz was introduced to yoga at Gold’s Gym, NYC, which he designed. Smitten, Faramarz went on to receive his yoga teacher training at Laughing Lotus under the guidance of Jasmine Tarkeshi and Dana Flynn. OM Factory is the realization of Faramarz’s longtime dream of creating a yoga community that spans across several continents.
