Ashley Rasmussen is originally from Ohio, but spent the last 8 years living in San Francisco.  Her family of 6 just couldn't resist the kindness of Tennesseans :) and made the cross country move to Nolensville in June 2021.   She is certified in barre and HIGH Fitness and loves how the strength training from barre and aerobic exercise from HIGH compliment each other and keep her muscles guessing.  Group fitness is something that she is extremely passionate about.  There is something so special about being in a room full of people from all different backgrounds, that are choosing to show up for themselves, celebrating what their bodies can do, and cheering each other on in the process! Ashley loves music, the outdoors, hiking, eating good food, and spending time with her husband and four kids as they explore their new hometown!
