I was born and raised in Milwaukie, Oregon. I live on 10 acres
with my Husband, two sons, 6 cats and 1 dog. I am a Holistic Health
Coach, Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition
Specialist.
My intention is to help bring fitness, health and confidence to
women who are too afraid to step out of their shell and come to a
studio. I want to be that cheerleader to get ladies to try that
fitness class! I want to supply a safe space where one can just
come and have fun and not worry about ego.
I started my own journey in 2015 weighing 222 lbs and gaining. I
was very ashamed and embarrassed of myself, so I hid away. I worked
hard and lost 80 lbs. I really got into working out and felt like
it was a huge release for all things bothering me. I began to get
super sore, so I started doing Yoga. WOW, what a game changer, the
ability to slow the mind a little. Around this time my brother
crashed his mountain bike at Ski Bowl and became paralyzed from the
waist down. Yoga was my ultimate go to for dealing with this
tragedy.
I really want to help women feel empowered and try new things. I
want to lead women who wouldn’t normally go to yoga or to the gym,
or maybe that runner who would never think about coming to a Yoga
class. I want to bring Health back to our community and I want YOU
to come play Yoga with me!
