Mama’s Wellness Joint is a
wellness space for all. Now operating virtually and in person at
The Secret Garden. Founded by Paige Chapman, an
accomplished, Philly-born Yoga instructor and Doula, MWJ provides a
range of alternative wellness workshops, yoga and movement classes
meant to address the holistic needs of women, men, and their
families (not just for Mama’s!!). After being open for 8 years in
the heart of Center City, Philadelphia, you now have access to
MWJ’s virtual offerings from anywhere! Mamaʼs offers yoga classes
for all levels of experience including: adult, prenatal,
postpartum, kids, and family yoga; birth and breastfeeding
education; meditation, breathwork, moon circles, and a myriad of
other workshops and events.
Mamaʼs Wellness Joint is
dedicated to the healing of men, women, and children of all
ages.
