What started out as a way to “get a good stretch” after a long run soon became an indispensable part of Trish's life. Trish found yoga in 2009 while training for a marathon, and while it aided her body in healing and injury prevention, it also helped her cope with the stressful deadlines that come with being a journalist. Trish incorporates physical and spiritual enrichment into her vinyasa classes, leaving students feeling refreshed and renewed. Trish is a graduate of Shanti Yoga Shala's 200 hour teacher training, and had the unique experience of completing the program while pregnant with her daughter in 2014. She says deepening her practice and understanding of yoga made pregnancy and childbirth a beautiful experience.
