Hi!  My name is Toni!  I discovered hot yoga in 2014 and it became my addiction.  I found my forever studio at Motto Yoga 3 years ago and started my teaching journey this past year 2020. Dance was my passion.  It was watching my daughter sharing my passion of dance that made me crave that body movement again. I found the physical movement with yoga but I never imagined I would find the mental clarity along with it.  I used to dance for an audience, so I came into yoga with ego. Now I realized I am my own audience and learned how to let ego go. Working in the medical field for 12 years has given me the experience and compassion in helping others.  I aim to provide a safe and sacred place for students in their path to yoga and self healing.  Yoga is for EVERY BODY!  - Namaste
