I have really enjoyed every practice I have received at this studio. The energy is so calming. Each class feels accessible although there is the option to challenge or be gentle on yourself.
Alberta Momenthy recently completed Circusoul’s RYT200 teacher training program. While she had been an occasional practitioner of yoga over the past 8 years, it truly transformed into a consistent and dedicated practice once she found her community at Circusoul. Her yoga practice has provided a safe space to come into alignment with mind, body, and spirit, allowing for deep personal growth and healing. Through teaching alignment based vinyasa flow and breathwork, she hopes to share and create a safe and supportive space for you to explore, experience, and find joy in your true divine nature. If we are not our mind, not even our body, what are we? Come to class to ponder and explore these age-long questions of our human existence, while gaining strength through mindful movement and breath.
