Molly Lovett has been teaching yoga professionally since 2018. She’s certified in vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. Molly specializes in teaching solace yoga for those suffering from trauma and addiction. One of her greatest passions is guiding humans to discover their mind-body connection. Yoga, in her opinion, is the ultimate source of this experience. As a yoga instructor, she creates a calming and non-judgmental space for students, by assisting them through pranayama, asana and meditation. She enjoys working with all types of people, especially those new to the practice.
Molly has previously taught at Good Vibrations Yoga and Yess Yoga, while also offering various private sessions around the Twin Cities. When she isn’t teaching yoga, she has a day job as a product manager at Best Buy and spends time hiking, canoeing, and relaxing with her husband, David, and their cat, Treat.
