She has a B.A. in Art from Monmouth University, and is a C.R.T. (Certified Respiratory Therapist) with an A.A.S. in Respiratory Care. She has a deep understanding of the body and breath from a scientific point of view as well as the yogic point of view, and a creative approach to putting them together in her classes.
Eva believes that we can each use our unique set of assets in body, mind, and spirit to work into and through our challenges to create a balanced and empowered life. She has created a space of acceptance and non-judgement at Blue Moon Yoga, making sure that ALL practitioners feel welcome, regardless of their experience, age, or body type. She continues her education at every opportunity through attending workshops and seminars in person and on line and continually reading and studying. We should never stop learning and challenging ourselves!
