I love this class and have brought several guests along. Stephanie creates a class that caters to all levels, offering options and props for the more advanced or the complete beginner. She takes pains to make everyone feel welcome and supported. It's a small class - usually between 4 - 8 people and for me it's been the perfect introduction to my yoga practice.
Stephanie Maxwell is a certified yoga instructor and a
Registered Massage Therapist, whose practice focuses on supporting
the perinatal population. She is passionate about working with
families in the pregnancy and postpartum period through therapeutic
modalities such as yoga and massage.
Stephanie has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching yoga
since 2010. She obtained her 200 hour teacher training certificate
at YogaSpace in Toronto. She has completed advanced trainings in
postnatal yoga and restorative yoga.

decrease stress, promote relaxation and improve energy. Her classes

providing a safe and effective practice.
She also is the mother of two awesome little boys who keep her
very busy by endlessly chasing after them.
