I've been teaching Hatha yoga for several years having started in meditation training in 1974. My classes are gentle and restorative, focusing on improving flexibility, balance, posture and stress reduction. Poses are often modified to accommodate injuries and physical limitations. Classes are more light hearted and personal. I have lived and worked as a pharmacist in the Warrenton area and try to bring that wellness background into my practice. I love the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. Yoga adds balance and contentment.
