Vint Hill Yoga
Eileen's yoga journey began in 2012 as a fun way to relieve stress and to slow down. Eileen was drawn to Yoga because of the benefits she noticed in her own health and well-being. Eileen took the leap in 2021 to become certified in Vinyasa yoga though Vint Hill Yoga's teacher training program. Eileen hopes to create a light and fun atmosphere where students can explore the benefits of Yoga in their own lives.
