Audrey is originally from Chicago and moved to sunny Los Angeles after a particularly brutal Chicago winter. She enjoys all of the outdoor beauty that California has to offer, from hiking to going to the beach. She completed her 200hour teacher training and Urban Zen training through Yogaworks, under the tutelage of Joan Hyman and Carmen Fitzgibbon. After completing her trainings she taught yoga at Curves for 3 years. She began practicing yoga many moons ago to alleviate discomfort from severe scoliosis. Her personal journey with yoga has been challenging and rewarding as her body continues to shift, heal and align. She is so grateful to be on this path. She enjoys all things creative, family, friends and delicious food. Nourishment of the body, mind and spirit is one of her highest priorities.
