Angela has been doing yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2010. She obtained her 200 hour certification from Pacific Yoga, and teaches an Anusara-inspired, alignment-based yoga practice. She was extremely fortunate to begin her personal yoga journey with Shannon McCall in Seattle, whom she has followed on many yoga retreats throughout the years. Angela also gains inspiration from many teachers, including Theresa Elliot, Kathryn Payne, and Joanna Dunn.
