Full Circle Yoga + Pilates

Beth is an RYT 200 who truly believes that yoga is for everybody and every body.  She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2014.  Beth refers to her first experience on her mat as her “magic carpet ride” and gleefully recalls that it was “love at first savasana”. Though she admits she wasn’t at her physical peak at that moment in her life, in yoga, Beth knew she had found her happy place.  She enrolled in a Yoga Teacher Training program to deepen her own practice but came away from the experience realizing she wanted to share yoga with others.  Prior to finding yoga, Beth was a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.  She draws upon her education in Athletic Training along with her knowledge of functional anatomy & kinesiology to lead biomechanically sound classes with modifications to accommodate students of all levels.  Beth’s classes promote joy, self-acceptance, empowerment, and presence.  She is passionate about sharing her love of yoga and meditation to empower others to effect positive changes in their lives.
