Claudia teaches embodiment. Her classes are designed to help people be in their bodies and to develop the awareness and ability to remain present for all of the physical sensations, emotional fluctuations and thought formations that bubble up through the layers of the body-mind during the practice.
Claudia will guide you in refining your sensitivity and ability to listen to what is happening in your body. To use breath to clear away the contractions and tightness and the warmth of your awareness to peel back the layers of conditioning, so that you can begin to experience yourself and life with more clarity and freedom.
Claudia's style is fluid and sensual, so that you get to feel everything along the way. The practice has taught her that the more you listen to what your body has to say, the more you process and then the more of a change is created in your external reality...so that is what she teaches. In her Yin classes, Claudia uses the experience of stillness to guide students in exploring their inner landscape and to better understand this alchemical process that is Yoga.
When not on the yoga mat, Claudia is a passionate environmental and social advocate. She loves growing things, yoga, chocolate, wheel pose, the ocean,yoga, coffee, books, music, Mother Earth, meditating, sunrise, cooking, yoga and this wonderful messy adventure called life !
