Every month we alternate between HYROX simulation and DEKA FIT training so you can train with purpose and test your fitness.

The CMS Department of Physical Education requires that all students must complete three semesters of physical education. Participation in a CMS intercollegiate athletic team also fulfills this requirement.
Program Highlights at Day Fitness:
Eligibility: Open to all college students.
Credit: Earn credits that can be applied towards your physical education requirement.
Classes: Choose from a variety of fitness classes including VersaClimber , Pop Pilates, kettlebell strength training, and more.
Flexible Schedule: Classes are available at various times throughout the week to accommodate your busy schedule.
Expert Instructors: Learn from certified fitness professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed.
How to Enroll: Visit Day Fitness and sign up for our college credit program.
Select your preferred classes and schedule.
Attend and participate in your chosen classes.
Complete any necessary paperwork and submit it to your college’s physical education department for credit approval.
