I was referred to One-on-One PT by my sports medicine doctor at Emory. It was the best advice he's ever given me! I've been seeing Physical Therapist Emma for about two months and she has been life changing for me. I've been to other PT practices in the past and never saw results, but PT at One-on-One is not the same. They use a completely different approach. Emma's expertise at dry needling and assessment of the root cause of my hamstring and other body pain is amazing. The exercises she prescribes are unique and actually work. I will continue to see Emma even after my injury heals to keep my body working at its best - especially as a runner. I also had a massage there with Greta. She educated me about how the state of your fascia affects your body before doing myofascial massage. It was the most effective massage I've ever had. Her techniques were purposeful and grounded in her immense knowledge of the human body. If you're an athlete, Greta is a must for injury prevention. I will also continue to see her monthly going forward. I'm so thankful my doctor referred me to One-on-One rather than Emory's PT practice, which I've been to before and was bored by their approach. At One-on-One, the therapists make you feel valued, spend more time with you, and focus on your entire body, not just the location of the injury that brought you there. I would give them 10 stars if I could. There is NO better physical therapy practice in Atlanta than One-on-One!
