This gym is clean, friendly, unpretentious and welcoming. The classes and equipment are always up to date and fresh. The owner and staff put a lot of thoughtful touches into making the gym community feel heard and happy. I can’t say enough about how much I love this gym, I’m a long time member for good reason.
