I am truly enjoying my time at Sara's Health and Fitness! The atmosphere there is very inclusive and welcoming, I feel like I have been there the whole time. The Wine down Fridays class is exactly what I need. Toning and comraderie. There is no pressure to be perfect, but to work at your level and have fun! The instruction is clear and easy to follow. The music is fun and really goes to the beat well. Someone is there to answer questions and give advice if needed. I get home feeling happy and energetic. I would recommend this gym to everyone, of any fitness level. The facility is clean and sanitizing stations are available. Sara has been a trainer since 2008, and comes with many certifications. She is well driven, motivational and her passion is working with individuals on their personal goals inside and outside the gym.
Sara, works along and networks with many of the local businesses. She stays involved with the Edgerton School system, Fire Department, Police Department, Edgerton Hospital Rehab, Edgerton Care Center, Edgerton Chiropractors, and Massage Therapists.
Her passion for Movement and Mobility, Pain Management, Tissue work, and Habit Control is just the minute education she has under her belt. Many of her clients have been Stroke Survivors, Brain injury, Chronic Pain, RA, Depression and Anxiety to name a few.
Struggling with depression and anxiety along with past eating disorders helps to relate with Sara. Her hard-driven education and time it takes to study the human body and how it can be rewired proves that she cares about you no matter what your goals may be.
Sara has 2 grown children, and 1 beautiful granddaughter, 2 dogs and a special friend, Steve.
