Spin class was fun and such a huge workout. The day after and I am so sore but a good sore- the kind that let's you know you are on the road to getting back in shape. It was unique, and Amanda is a terrific coach. I will definitely be back. Thanks FBC!


The Family Life Center is a multi-purpose fitness and
activities center with facilities, equipment, and programs open to
church members and the community. You do not have to be a
member of the church to join, and we offer programs for people of
all ages. Membership costs are affordable with a variety of
options. There is also a pay-per-day fee option available for
guests. Children under the age of 14 should always be
accompanied by an adult. 
The
Life Center whole-heartedly welcomes people of all ages and offers
a variety of fitness options for everyone. We have many
exercise options including aerobics, strength training, yoga,
senior stretching classes, walking track and more. We have
basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts and our lobby
features pool tables and ping pong. Senior adults have
their very own space for playing pool or bridge as well. The Life
Center is an approved Silver Sneakers
facility.
The
Life Center also offers cardio and strength centers which are
well-equipped with a variety of equipment for building your
strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Our cardio center
includes elliptical machines, treadmills, a variety of bikes, and a
rowing machine. Our strength center is fully equiped with Cybex and
Body Masters weight machines and free weights. The Life Center has
a certified personal trainer on staff.
