Relationship & Intimacy Coach, LMT, CYT, CIMI Lauren is a sex, relationship, and intimacy coach offering experiential coaching for couples and individuals. She trained through the Somatica Institute where she is now a group leader. Lauren brings over 20 years of experience as a somatic practitoner assisting clients in embodied connections as a trauma informed licensed massage therapist, breathwork practitioner, birth doula, kundalini yoga and movement teacher. She is a longtime faculty member in the massage therapy program at Lexington Healing Arts Academy and teaches about pregnancy, birth and post partum health in the 300hr Essence of Yoga Program. Lauren is curious and excited to explore and facilitate deeper vulnerability and intimacy, helping you discover more about your desire and the way you want to give and receive love in the world. Lauren advocates seeking and feeling pleasure in your daily life and relationships as sex and intimacy are basic human needs. Lauren feels especially passionate about empowering women around the time of birth and other life transitions. Her work inspires a deep sense of freedom, nurturance, playfulness, and connection. Lauren is a grateful mother, partner, artist, singer, nature lover, director and owner of Centered Holistic Health in Lexington, Kentucky where she holds her private practice and weekly classes.
