Wow !!! didn't think I could do it but after one year at HeartCORE here are my results : starting weights (s/w) -Leg Press 60/60 , now (even with an ankle injury) 118/118 : s/w- Row 40, now - 122 : s/w -Chest Press 20, now - 80 : s/w-Torso Arm(Pull Down) 62, now -128 :s/w- Overhead Press 20, now-122.
