The cocoa ceremony is such a beautiful and magical experience. It is great to connect with a group in meditation. The meditation is deepened through the music created by the facilitators. Such an amazing spiritual practice! Cannot recommend highly enough.

The Sierra Sunrise Wellness Group was founded by Nora Ann
Brucklacher in 2013, and what began as her private practice has
blossomed into a full-fledged Wellness Center that officially
opened its doors in January of 2022. We offer a range of different
services, including mental health outpatient options for
individuals, couples, families, adolescents, children, and groups.
We also offer other wellness modalities including yoga, meditation,
wellness workshops, Reiki, and other energy options. We hope that
one of our many providers will be a good fit for you and/or your
loved ones!
Whether you are seeking marriage and family counseling,
interested in an energy healing or yoga session, or maybe you’d
like us to speak at a workshop – we would love to work together! We
cannot wait to provide our clients with a therapeutic experience
that will guide them in their process of gaining awareness and
making positive change in theirs lives.
Our clients love us because of our experience and compassion. We
provide an outlet for those who need to release the pressures of
their daily lives and give solace to the woes of “being.”
