First session for about 8 months and it is great to be back. The sessions will definitely complement my marathon training.
Caroline teaches Pilates and Fitness Yoga classes. With a range of different qualifications and many years of experience teaching fitness classes and wellbeing focused classes, her main focus is on helping others to feel good.
She loves to stay active and places great importance on work-life balance. In her spare time Caroline is likely to be out on her bike or spending time with her husband, family and friends.
