Another fantastic Kundalini Yoga session with Adrian. Not only is there learning of the postures and exercises, but there is much learning through the explanation of how these work according to the philosophy behind it. Fabulous
Alexis started practising yoga in 2003 and went on in 2009 to attend the Bikram Yoga teacher training. She spent a long time with Ky Ha, learning the roots of the Bikram Yoga tradition through the classic 84 posture “advanced” class. After returning to Jersey, Alexis continued to teach and practice yoga and most recently did a 200-hour training with Stewart Gilchrist.
Back bend enthusiast Alexis loves swimming in the sea and spending time with her husband and son, preferably outside and near a beach.
She teaches vinyasa and focuses on breathing and alignment, with hands on adjustments.
Ultimately, she believes that yoga can bring physical and mental health benefits to everybody.
